Plein Air Easton Exhibition Hall - Exhibit, Sale and Award
After a day of painting in Easton proper, artists will have the opportunity to exhibit their fresh paintings in small pop up exhibits right in the communities in which they were created. From 4-8pm, stop in Plein Air Easton Exhibition Hall to view the exhibit of art created in Easton that same day.
Also, due to the generosity of Plein Air Easton supporters, Hali & Scott Asplundh, a nightly $500 award will be given at each of the four designated exhibition locations (Easton, Oxford, Tilghman and CBMM). This means that each day participating artists have a one in 10-12 chance of winning $500. Each partnering organization has its own designated judge. The best painting produced from each region from each day (July 13-15) will be announced in-person at 5pm every night at each exhibition and will also stream on Plein Air Easton’s YouTube page and Facebook page.

Beginning on Monday, July 13th and expanding frequently as more paintings are added throughout the week, plan to make several passes through this special show. Plein Air Easton staff will carefully monitor the door, so expect easy social distancing in a very large indoor space with air conditioning and plenty of parking available. The exhibition will be fully complete on Thursday, July 16 and will feature special appointment-only hours for our donors (please plan accordingly contact Kimberly@avalonfoundation.org for more details). All paintings sold through the Plein Air Easton Exhibition Hall will be certified as Plein Air Easton Pandemic Paintings and will become your piece of history that can be shared with pride for generations to come.
Masks must be worn and social distancing rules will be enforced.
