In this three day workshop Hiu Lai will demonstrate her approach to painting, from the thought process to the painting's development. There will be a short lecture and demo each morning followed by painting on location, including painting at the Chesapeake Maritime Museum grounds and a possible nocturne session (if weather permits). She will discuss tips and techniques for design, composition, edges, color, shape and values.
