Robert Gantt Steele

My paintings are atmospheric landscapes, portraits, and still lifes.  I have painter for Broadway productions such as “Showboat”, and for Smithsonian Magazine, the National Park Service, numerous public Museums, and many private portraits.  I paint often from life.  I also paint to benefit historic architecture and archaeological preservation.
