MEET THE ARTISTS PARTYJOIN FRIENDS OF PLEIN AIR

“Plein Air Easton’s Meet the Artists Party is one of our signature events that provides an evening’s access to one of the Eastern Shore’s grand estates while also being in the company of professional artists as they capture the beauty of the landscape surrounding them. As a supporter of Plein Air Easton (PAE), you’ll have access to the exclusive Meet the Artists party (while supplies last), promising an unforgettable evening.”

Stroll the Event Grounds

By joining the Friends of Plein Air, you gain an invitation to stroll the private estate grounds and watch blank canvases fill with color before your eyes. Enjoy live music floating on the breeze as you sip cocktails and mingle with fellow art enthusiasts.

Make your way to the sailcloth tent and watch the exhibit take shape as the artists carefully carry their still-wet canvas’ to display on their easels for exhibit and sale. Everything on display was created that same day – blank canvases that celebrate the natural beauty and essence of this incredible landscape. If you see something, buy it on the spot and take it home with you that evening.

As twilight deepens, indulge in a carefully crafted gourmet dinner by one of Talbot County's premier caterers. You can opt to linger longer and enjoy your gourmet picnic onsite at one of our picnic pods, or take it home to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

CEDAR POINT FARM

Saturday, July 11th, 2026
Cedar Point Farm is an exquisite estate which boasts all the marquee elements of an historic Eastern Shore property, including numerous outbuildings, a boathouse and a clay shooting range. True to its name, the estate grounds feature an impressive array of specimen trees and mature gardens, surrounded by picturesque water views. A cedar lined entry lane leads to the Georgian manor house; a grand structure with origins dating back to the 17th century. This breathtaking property has been made available to Plein Air Easton through the generosity of its owners, Charlotte & Robert Kettler.

Insider Tip: Sales at this event are brisk. If you see something you like, even before it is completed, you can purchase it still on the easel. Complete the sales ticket, leave the SOLD portion with the artist and pay for your painting at the on-site cashier.
