Hali and Scott Asplundh
Inducted into the Plein Air Easton Hall of Fame in
2025

Hali and Scott Asplundh discovered Easton in the late 1990s while looking for a second home and were instantly drawn to the region’s natural beauty—and its emerging arts scene. A chance conversation with gallery owner Nancy Tankersley introduced them to the idea of a plein air festival before it had even launched. When Plein Air Easton became a reality, they immediately signed on as supporters. Over the years, their dedication has remained steadfast, most visibly through their sponsorship of the Artist Choice Award. Though not artists themselves, Hali and Scott have been unwavering patrons of the arts, embracing the plein air community and the region that inspired it.
