Carole Boggemann Peirson

Carole moved to the United States from her native country the Netherlands in 2000 when she and her husband tied the knot. She lives on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and the beautiful landscapes of this rural peninsula, as well as other scenery along the East Coast of the US continue to inspire her. She takes lots of photos and creates sketches outdoors and uses these in her studio to create her abstracted paintings while listening to Nils Frahm and petting her dog. Over the years, Carole has taken many classes and workshops with numerous other artists, and she is very grateful for their generosity in sharing their knowledge and experiences with her.
