Timothy Padilla

Timothy has been studying art, and painting “en plein air” since he was a teenager living in Washington D.C. Since then he has participated in various art education programs until he started a career as an artist in 2022. Since becoming an artist Timothy has won numerous awards for his landscape paintings. Timothy now lives and works in Utah with his family. 

Nature is alive, and moving. I do my best to capture the light, vibrancy, life and color of nature in “one Breath” while in front of it. This is why I love painting in plein air rather than photography. Nature is meant to move and change, and we are meant to experience it that way. What a joy it is when all the elements of a painting come together to create a physical representation of our experiences.
