Celebrating Excellence: Nominations Open for Hall of Fame Awards

Plein Air Easton, the nation’s premier outdoor painting festival, is now accepting nominations for its Hall of Fame Awards. Introduced during the festival’s 20th anniversary, the Hall of Fame honors individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations whose outstanding contributions have propelled Plein Air Easton’s success and growth over the years.

This initiative recognizes those whose efforts have profoundly impacted the festival’s legacy, fostering its development, interests, and influence. While the event owes much to countless supporters, the Hall of Fame shines a spotlight on those whose dedication and vision have been truly transformative.

“The Hall of Fame Awards are our way of showing heartfelt gratitude to those who have helped shape Plein Air Easton into the exceptional event it is today,” said Marie Nuthall, Event Organizer for Plein Air Easton. “We’re thrilled to celebrate the remarkable contributions of individuals and organizations that have made an enduring difference.”

Nominees will be evaluated based on their lasting impact, leadership, steadfast support, the prestige they’ve brought to the event, outreach efforts, and their forward-thinking contributions to the festival’s growth and enhancement. High standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism are also key criteria.

“We invite the entire community to participate in this nomination process,” added Nuthall. “Every submission will be thoughtfully reviewed, with selections based purely on merit, regardless of the number of nominations or the nominator’s relationship to the candidate.”
