Don't Miss The Local Color Artists Show & Sale!

 July 21, 22, & 23rd

The Working Artists Forum is gearing up to sponsor its annual Local Color Art Show & Sale at The Tidewater Inn during Plein Air Easton. Considered to be the educational component of Plein Air Easton, the Forum also hosts SIX fabulous & FREE painting demonstrations during our show. The incredible news is that these demonstrations are absolutely free for the general public. Even more incredible is that our six demo artists are previous award winners from Plein Air Easton’s Competitions! The demos are a fascinating peek at how the artist works and is a great opportunity for interested artists and others to learn from some of the best artists in the country.

Outstanding artist, Sara Linda Poly was Plein Air Easton’s Grand Prize Winner for 2016. The Working Artists Forum is delighted that she will be the judge of our annual exhibit. Sara will be doing a painting demo from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM, immediately following the 12:00 noon Local Color Reception and Award Presentation. The artists have been selected by our fine juror, Trey Finney who was second place winner in Plein Air Easton's 2016 competition. Trey will also present a painting demo Friday from 3:30 - 5:30. This year's group of talented artists will be exhibiting their absolute finest works for the viewing and purchasing pleasure of Plein Air Easton's visitors and collectors.
