Hello Plein Air Easton 2014 Competition Artists!!!
Plein Air Easton has just announced The Carol Hilderbrandt Award: Connecting Artists with the Community which celebrates the life of Carol Hilderbrandt, who loved art, especially as experienced through Plein Air Easton. She loved the vitality of the event and the ability to connect with the artists. This $500 award recognizes the Plein Air Easton competition artist that epitomizes that connection with the community.

Plein Air Easton offers its competition artists lots of opportunities: the opportunity to paint beautiful landscapes, the opportunity to sell paintings, and the opportunity to be really, really……hot. But also, there is the opportunity to have your work seen and judged by true fine art connoisseurs. It’s especially true this year, as artists will have their work seen by this year’s judge Peter Trippi editor of Fine Art Connoisseur magazine.
Thanks for the Plein Air Easton Love Streamline Publishing!! This year is promising to be the best yet, with Mr. Kip Forbes as this year's juror!

Hello fans of Plein Air Easton! My name is Jenn Wagner and I am the new Events Manager for the Avalon Foundation. I am a professional artist who has run a gallery and has an events planning background. I have shown my own work during Plein Air Easton for the past eight years, as well as co-ordinated artist demonstrations, created the Out of the Box Art Exhibit and Sale, and worked on the Plein Air steering committee. I love this event and am excited to take on this new role!
Thank you to all of the competition artists and everyone who supported the 2013 event!
